Onday — Visual Identity for a New Chapter in IT
Onday helps medium-sized organizations achieve clear, collaborative, and future-ready digital transformation through smart Microsoft-based IT solutions.
Previously known as StudioCX, this Dutch Microsoft-based IT solutions provider approached me as they prepared to enter a new phase of growth. With a clear need to reposition their brand, they weren’t just looking for a new logo, they were ready for a full transformation.
From the outset, it was clear this wasn’t just a cosmetic refresh. The team behind Onday wanted a name and visual identity that better reflected their evolving services: from focused consultancy to impactful digital transformation for mid-sized organizations. That’s where I came into guide them through a full rebranding process, from strategic naming input to a complete visual identity system.
Together, we shaped the new name Onday, a word that evokes clarity, action, and forward momentum. From there, I developed a clean, bold identity system that mirrors their strengths: reliable, collaborative, and future-ready. The new symbol reflects structure and progress, while the visual language supports scalability across both digital and print environments.

Before and After

My Approach
I always explore multiple concept directions, not just to follow the brief, but to push it further. By diving into the client’s industry and mapping out visual possibilities, I can uncover ideas they might not have considered yet. The sketching phase is where I test these routes, some stay close to the core, others challenge it. It’s all about finding that balance between alignment and originality.
"The concept phase is where I explore the familiar, then go beyond it."
